Eggnog Decadence

What you need: 6 eggs (large), ¾ cup sugar, 4 cups milk, 4 cups cream, ½ cup rum, 1 ½ cups brandy, ½ cup icing sugar, and a dash of nutmeg

What to do:

First, separate the egg whites from the yolks. Set the whites aside. In a bowl, beat the yolks slowly while gradually adding the sugar. The result is a pale gold mixture. Add the rum and the brandy, followed by the milk and half of the cream.

In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until it forms stiff peaks. Fold in the egg, sugar, milk, and alcohol mixture.

Use the icing sugar and the remaining cream to make whipped cream. You can do this easily by using a cream whipper. Make sure to use a whipper that has a capacity of at least 0.5 liters. Fill the whipper with the cream and icing sugar. Then, insert the cream charger into the holder and screw it on. Shake the whipper as vigorously as you can.
